Second Space Option for Parents and Children

Here at St. James, we love families and are not one of those churches where people will ‘shoosh’ you if your children are busy and vocal. However, some parents with small children have asked for a separate space as an option during service, a place where they can watch the live stream of worship and allow their children space to work on projects and move their bodies. So, we will set up our large TV in the parish hall, and lay out art supplies, for children and their families. Enjoy and let us know what you think!

The season of Easter unfolds with joyful "alleluia's," yet it is also a time when the disciples sorted through their fears and questions, and began the journey of apprehending the implications of Jesus's resurrection. Please join us for our women's retreat as we explore the many ways that the road to Emmaus is a model of journey from a place of confusion to one of courage and authentic joy. Join us for a day of prayer and reflection. Come with a friend or make new ones!

We love our tradition of gathering as a parish throughout the year to review exciting initiatives, current finances, and dreams for the future. Please save Sunday, April 19th following the 10:30 service for our next parish meeting, held upstairs in the parish building.

Supporting Saint James in 2026

Dear Friends,

One thing that is incredibly helpful for us to is how much you hope to be able to give to Saint James’ in 2026 – the church word for this is “pledging.” Pledging allows us to create a balanced budget and plan out our ministries for the upcoming year. Please take some time to pray this week about how you’ll be able to support the great work this community does here. We hope that everyone will pledge.

To date, we have pledges totaling $821,625.16. Our goal for a balanced budget is $904,000. We are 91% of the way there. If you have not yet pledged, you can make your pledge on online here.
